Engage with those of different generations with respect and dignity. Seek to understand their perspective and value their input.
No matter how old you are, there will always be someone older and wiser and younger and wiser. Be respectful of the different generations and what you can learn from them. Don’t assume and seek to understand. In school, in the workplace, and in the community, make the most of every opportunity to build relationships with those who are not in your generation. You’ll learn a lot!
